Ginger Powder Production Line
The Introduction of Production Line:
Brush washing machine: used to clean and remove the skin. It uses a special design of the screw feed structure to achieve fully automatic work.
Ginger slicer: The thickness of the ginger slice is uniform and the slice thickness can be adjusted as needed.
Blanching machine: Rinse and protect the cut ginger slices to prevent browning after slicing to make the ginger color deeper and reduce the loss of active ingredients in the drying process.
Air drying Dehydration: effectively remove the surface moisture of the ginger after rinsing, greatly shortening the drying cycle, suitable for assembly line operations, and improving the automation of production.
Dryer: , use the hot air to dry the ginger
Powder Grinding Machine: The dried ginger pieces are pulverized and the fineness can be from 10 to 120 mesh.
Elevator: connecting equipment, used to connect with washing machine with slicing machine, powder grinding machine etc.
